We were in CO Springs for an extended stay (2 weeks) and are so glad we picked Helen and Mario's place! It is very spacious and sparkling clean. We did most of our cooking at home and appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Our dog also loved the fenced backyard. The neighborhood felt very safe - we enjoyed taking our dog to a park that's just a few blocks away. Grocery store, gas, etc. is all just about a 5 minute drive away. Helen and Mario were also very friendly and communicative. There was a small issue with the washer and they went above and beyond to resolve it immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone had their own nice room. The master is huge. Plenty of seating for the four of us with room to spare. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking and even had spices, olive oil, etc. Check in and check out was very easy. Great communication. We were close to restaurants and a Walmart where we shopped. It was a nice location for going to Gardem of the Gods, Manitou Springs Cliff Dwellings, and Broadmoor Hotel, as well as Seven Falls. Highly recommend!
