Had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. The hosts were fantastic and could not be more helpful & agreeable. The apartment was lovely. It is on the smaller side and kitchen facilities are small as well. But it is in a great location/neighborhood and it was ideal for what I needed. I would definitely recommend it.

Great place!

This is a lovely home away from home! Our host Bob and Mary were very nice people who were gracious and willing to help us with anything we may have needed. We didn't need much of anything because they supplied us with things I wouldn't have even thought of! The Charleston has an awesome view of Pikes Peak and easy access to I-25 which would take you about anywhere you'd want to go. Our son is stationed at the Air Force Academy which was very close. This is our first time staying in anything other than a hotel and I believe Bob and Mary spoiled us, needless to say we won't choose a hotel anytime soon. We will definitely be staying at the Charleston again if it's available the next time we visit Colorado Springs! I highly recommend this home and the hosts!!!

Clean, comfortable and cozy! This describes our vrbo rental from Bob and Mary. perfect spot for an extended stay

I needed a place to stay in town for a month while I looked for permanent housing, and this was the perfect choice! Our Thanksgiving visit worked out so well with our Vrbo lodging, which was in close proximity to our son and family. The house was so clean and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. This place is a gem in a gorgeous neighborhood in Monument. Mary and Bob provide you with every possible comfort and the place is impeccably clean and the finishings seems brand new. Super comfy bed. Can’t think of one thing to complain about. Hope to come again.

Parents day weekend

We really enjoyed our stay, we arrived late just before midnight and we checked inn without any problem. The apartment is super clean, spacious, and well furnished, has everything that you need, even extra things that I didn’t expect. The neighborhood is quite and safe and the location was great for us. The hostess welcomed us with fresh pastry and cold water, which we appreciate it. My husband and I we had the pleasure of meeting Bob and Mary and they are nice and helpful. Monument stay was "monumental"!

Stay at this rental was far superior and less expensive than a hotel, especially during tourist season in Colorado Springs. bedroom is large with walk-in closet and lots of drawer space, bathroom/shower facilities great, LR with sofa, tv and kitchen felt like living at home rather than a hotel.
