This family-sized ranch home is nestled in the enchanted Black Forest full of treed serenity only minutes from the North Gate of the AF Academy. It's built for hosting that Baker's Dozen family with 5 bedrooms (2 on the Main Level), 3 baths and lots of space (4398 sf) to entertain your guests. Inside dining areas and out on spacious decks and patios there is plenty of seating to accomodate large groups. In the family room walk-out basement there is a wet bar, fireplace, card/game table, ping pong and kids play area so you will not feel tight here with this kind of room and activities to entertain all. Don't forget the Colorado outdoors and room for the kids to roam on this approximate 3/4 acre parcel. Bring the bikes and kites for there are trails and ponds in the neighborhood along with an Elementary School for outdoor enjoyment. For a winter stay don't forget the sledding and beauty of being surrounded by a white winterland. Two bays out of the 3-car garage may be used and the large circle drive provides lots of room for the extra vehicles so no need for parking on the street. You don't want to miss this one for your family stay and making memories to last.

Great for families

Our family—ranging from toddlers to seniors—stayed at this home for five days while attending a family wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The layout was ideal for my aging parents, who appreciated having their own bathroom and not needing to navigate any stairs. It was equally well-suited for the little ones, with thoughtful touches like children’s toys, books, and a changing table. The home is nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Excellent Graduation week home base

We had our family and friends stay with us for USAFA graduation week. The house was a great fit for us. We enjoyed having the space for everyone to gather and enough space to spread out and relax when needed. The home was well prepared for our visit and we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our week. I really appreciate the communication throughout our reservation and timely answering of questions. The home was very welcoming and I would highly recommend this home for anyone to stay in. It was exactly as described and very easy process for check in and check out.
