This wonderful, carriage house is ideally located in the heart of Colorado Springs. Just outside downtown, and only minutes from Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Memorial Park and much more. Whether you're looking for a short getaway or a longer stay, this carriage house would love to be called your home away from home!

The central location of this unit means that you have quick and easy access to anything you might need during your stay. We're just less than 1 mile from central downtown and only 4 blocks from Memorial Hospital, making it ideal for traveling nurses and interns*. Also, just across the street is a wonderful local Coffee House.
*Additional discounts for nurses and other medical first responders.
The carriage house is bright, clean, modern and very comfortable - right down to the big fuzzy rug. It's quiet, private and comes equipped with everything we could think of that you would need for the perfect stay, whether working from home or on vacation.
Located above a separate garage with an Alley Entrance and its own Private Parking (Next to Unit).
Note: The garage door does not go up and down between 10pm-8am. Original host of this property was a nurse, but current host is not.

Check out is at 11:00am on the final day of your stay unless negotiated otherwise.
