Beautiful Home in Downtown and by Colorado College. New furnishings & Clean!

Home is located on a tree lined street in central Colorado Springs. The area is called the Old North End and was developed around 1900. The house is a remodeled home with 2 bedrooms, 1.5baths, sleeps 5. Our home was built in 1900 and features original wood floors and trim. Everything else has been updated. Kitchen has gas range, Island hood, tile floors, breakfast bar, adjacent dining room & more. The property has off street parking and is 1-2 blocks to Colorado College, 1 mile to downtown Colorado Springs, about 10-15 minutes to Garden of the Gods and quick and easy access to I-25. From the house you can get just about anywhere in Colorado Springs in 15-20 minutes. There is WiFi, 50 inch HD TV, cable tv and internet service, linens/towels/blankets/pillows and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Master bedroom has a queen mattress, the second bedroom has a twin Daybed and the living room has a full sized pullout Sofa sleeper. There is a front porch with table and two chairs and the back patio has a table with 6 chairs and two Adirondack type chairs with propane BBQ grill. The house has central Air Conditioning but being a 118+yr old home, the upstairs doesn't cool as well as the main level. The home is very comfortable and completely set up as a vacation home. Nice home in Colorado Springs

We enjoyed staying here. A private yard in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. The kitchen was among the best equipped I've seen in a rental. Plenty of laundry and bath supplies.Comfortable beds and furniture. Checking in/out could not have been easier.

Average rental at a good price.

The place was okay. It was very clean, but I feel the pictures were misleading. The kitchen was beautiful, but the rest of the finishings were not as nice as they looked in the pictures. The home was very old and had an odd smell, the beds were very dense memory foam that was hard and not very comfortable. The towels smelled really bad, and the smell stayed in my hair after I left. I had also planned to walk to downtown, but you definitely need a car. It's too far of a walk while wearing nice clothes. The highlights were the beautiful kitchen which was just as pretty as the pictures. Also, the owner was very responsive when I asked to check in early.

Cute little stay

This house is in the perfect location. It’s small but the host has done a nice job creating plenty of space to hang out. The bedrooms are very small upstairs but it worked great for 2 of us. Bed was comfy and kitchen was great!! Mark was also very helpful and communicated well.

Lovely old house, updated but still charming. It looks exactly like the photos. The document Mark sends out just before your arrival contains everything you need to know. Clean, Comfortable, Quiet

My husband and I couldn’t have picked a better setting for our June Colorado Springs vacation. The North End neighborhood is an ideal central location for enjoying all that the city has to offer. This home is a jewel, and you can’t beat the view from San Miguel Street! The property description accurately details the home’s multiple amenities, and for this retired couple it offered so much more than the comfy queen-size bed, well-stocked linen closet, refreshing shower, and modern kitchen and appliances. It felt like we were staying at the home of a friend, and we were delighted that we got to meet the family next door. We want to stay here the next time we visit Colorado Springs. Colorado Vacation

We loved staying here!! It was a perfect location for all the tourist things we did. The house and beds were comfortable. It was very hot outside on our trip and the house cooled very nicely. The parking was great. The patio was a nice place to eat after a day of enjoying what Colorado Springs has to offer, and we loved being able to grill. Mark was a very responsive host.
