I am writing to share how much we enjoyed our recent stay. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. Our check-in with Brandi was amazing; she was fast, friendly, and provided phenomenal customer service. Our dining experiences were equally impressive. Trevor at Mid City Grill was exceptionally efficient, friendly, and attentive to all his guests. Furthermore, every employee we encountered was incredibly welcoming. We will definitely visit again.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for a multi-night stay, with a nice view and a clean, bright bathroom. I would definitely stay here again and choose the same room. There is only one on-site restaurant, and it is a very casual, diner-style setting wide open to the casino floor. While the staff were very pleasant, the $25 prime rib dinner did not match the atmosphere or the value expected at that price point. It was a really thin slice and then cooked! Overcooked! Chocolate cake was dry and blah - box cake. The free breakfast is worth it though.

Free breakfast with room, from the grill that sold all-day breakfast. We barely got out of the room by checkout time, then went to get our included breakfast. “Oh we don’t do that after 11:00”. Okay. We won’t be back.
