Rooms were dirty. Valet service quality was inconsistent. Requested joining rooms when reservation was made and was told that was a conversation to have when checking in… we were then told not an option because we used Expedia. Table gaming staff was EXCELLENT!!

I was underwhelmed by how tiny the room was in comparrison to the images used to advertize. It was clean and new however the space was inlike any casino I have been to prior. Casino was beautiful and the upkeep was great but only having one $10 min BlackJack table open with people crouded around it waiting for a seat when there were 3 completly empty $20/$50 min tables was insane. I talked with the pitboss that he said that MGMT wouldnt allow more than one $20 min table on the weekends. Definiatly will affect future plans

Check in clerk did not smile and not very helpful or knowledgeable. We were charged for our room, even though we had prepaid which took a bit of time to get refunded. Space An initial check in the pool was closed, but it did open that night.

The hotel was modern, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was very nice. There are two concerns: The person at the check-in desk was low energy and not very friendly. She lectured us on what we could and could not do while we were checking in. It did not provide a good first impression. Secondly, the shampoo in the shower was empty, and the pump on the conditioner in the shower was broken. We also did not have any cleaning service during our 2-day stay and there were no signs saying we would not receive fresh towels.

We enjoyed staying here for 2 nights, the only problem was the pool was broken and we were unable to use it our entire stay. Which was very disappointing because that was a reason why we stayed there!

Beautiful place!

The hotel and staff were excellent. Super clean and beautiful. The room was great but it felt a bit small. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great too! Overall we'd stay there again.
