A dedicated desk in one bedroom makes working remotely easy, and there's in-unit laundry for added convenience.

The kitchenette is stocked for your stay, with a full-size fridge, hot plate, microwave, and the essentials (please note: no stove, oven, or dishwasher). It's perfect for simple meals and snacks during your visit.

Stay cool in the warmer months with window A/C units and fans in the home. (please note: there is no central AC)

-There is a train nearby that goes by a few times a day (not too loud in the home)
-No central AC, window AC units in the bedrooms
-This home sits behind another home that is used for business (a restaurant) They are great, be sure to check them out!
-You are downtown, you may occasionally encounter individuals experiencing homelessness in the surrounding area, but they don't come on the property; it is very safe and this home is fairly private.
-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
