The additional walk out basement living/rec room includes a futon for additional sleeping accomodations. The sound of the Pond Fountain adjacent from the back yard is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Thoughtful touches like a coffee bar, an iron, steamer and hair dryers add to the comfort throughout the home. Whether you’re gathering with friends or enjoying some quiet time, this phenomenal retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere. Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Noon check out is fine Please nothing but water down the kitchen sink especially NO coffee grounds, pasta or egg shells.

Trash pick up is on Wednesday mornings, if you are staying mid week would you please roll the trash can out next to the mail box.

If you use the grill or the porch heater tower please turn off the propane at the tank valve when finished.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The Garage is locked off. When parking in the driveway be aware not to park directly under the tall pine trees as they tend to drop sap occasionally.
