Guest Access:
🔑 You’ll have full, private access to this unit, which is part of a side-by-side duplex—each side is entirely separate with its own entrance and designated parking space, so there’s no shared interior or exterior space. Entry is self-check-in via a smart lock, and your personalized access code along with detailed check-in instructions will be provided in your guidebook on the morning of arrival. A bright green parking permit with a yellow section will be waiting in the mailbox out front—please display this in your vehicle during your stay.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
