Terrible. Bathroom was gross. The room was beat up and dirty. They literally cut a piece of wood and roughly cut out a door, put hinges and a knob on it. It wouldn't close. There was a red tag from the State inspector on the elevator. The hotel was very worn and desperately needed an update. I spend more than 50 nights a year in a hotel and this one was way below what the reviews were. After this experience I will have to seriously reconsider stay at Comfort Inns, even if they have decent reviews.

Well the tv remote didn't work except to change channels. Literally couldn't change volume or turn it off & on. (They're providing a 10% discount due to this.) However, the lamp on one side of the bed didn't work. There was a hole in the carpet in my room. Everything just seemed less than average.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is alot smaller than we thought and seen in pictures. The room had some gum matted into the carpet and and some old pepperoni on the carpet in between the wall and TV stand when we arrived. Overall though the beds were clean and comfortable to sleep on, they had breakfast made every morning and the creek and trail right beside the building is really nice.

Stayed for about a week and it was a good stay. There were a lot of homeless people sneaking in but the staff did their best to prevent it. The bathtub needed some updating but other than that it was nice. Continental breakfast was a plus with a nice assortment of foods. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They also have a fitness room available 24/7. I would definitely stay here again.

Don't go there!

The rooms have rust in them and the people there are annoying some people live there and just are some dirty people who belong in a homeless shelter, banging on walls to grasp attention out of jealousy almost caught a charge I'm not the one to play with

I enjoyed the mountain view and friendly staff. We arrived early morning and found our tv screen was busted and phone didn't work. They moved us to another room that smelled like an old smoker's room. Hot tub was broke with old water still standingbin it. Staff was very kind. You can tell they were fixing up the hotel. Shower and bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was average.
