Absolute filth

I gave a one star rating as I was unable to complete check in on arrival and had to return to desk. I needed no further service to give a rating on. I wish I could give a negative in cleanliness. There were multiple hairs in my bed on both sheets. Trash on bathroom floor, hair in the shower, and what looked like a cup of coffee splattered on the wall by couch, which also had multiple stains. The faux wood floor was sticky, and the room had a strong artificial smell. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in.

The big complaint I have is that there were only 5 hangers in the closet and no actual dresser. When we called and requested more hangers we were told we would need to go to the front desk and pick them up ourselves. This happened the last time we stayed here. Our last stay was a week long stay with 2 people. That time there were only 5 hangers also.

Very pleased

Modern and contemporary style rooms. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable temperature. Beds were very, very comfortable and choice of pillows firmness was a bonus. Everything smelled fresh and clean. Great verity of hot breakfast items . Will definitely stay here again!!!

New hotel, nice lobby, good location, pretty clean. Checking in waiting for someone to show up to the front desk was strange. Employee had EarPods and phone in hand and appeared with not a ton of urgency to help, not rude or anything and overall pretty lack luster check-in experience. The room was noisy due to the heating unit never totally turned off even with thermostat set to off. Bed was comfy and room was pretty clean
