I loved this place, great service and staff. The area is amazing as well you have a movie theatre, restaurants of all sorts, you are also close to downtown as well. The only gripe I have is the holding charge, that me and my wife didn’t know about. I don’t know if it is on expedias that didn’t mention it or the hotels fault by not putting it in when you book the room, I feel like that is important information when booking a room for people to know. But overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

1. Bathroom drain makes a hummer noise if the upper floor guy uses their shower. 2. Bathroom ceiling paper was removed for a large area. 3. False alarm happened on Saturday night, but there was no information front desk. 4. Fruits quality of morning buffet was aweful. I found mold inside of almost all of Boisen Berries. Melons were perished. Please return money or give us some kind of voucher. Points to my Hilton 887164482 is also good.

Not great for the price!

You can tell this is an old hotel needing updated in the rooms while the lobby and bar area is wonderfully updated. Pool was freezing and hot tub was a Luke warm not hot sadly did not help my back from their hard beds

4AM wake up

Took a mini getaway with my kids. We chose this hotel because of the large pool and hot tub. The pool didn’t disappoint but the hot tub was like warm at best. Lobby and dining area are gorgeous. Work out room is amazing. Added bonus is the Starbucks in the lobby. The room itself was ok. There is a huge crack under the door that one must shove towels into to drown out the hallway noise and light. We also got an unplanned wake up call at 4AM. We also got one at 4:10 AM. Lobby said that they had no record of a wake up call for our room but yet the phone kept ringing with a “Doubletree” recorded wake up message. For my “inconvenience” of both my kids being freaked out and unable to go back to sleep, we were told that there would be a breakfast voucher at the front desk. Since there was more than 1 person “inconvenienced” by being awoken at 4AM, we were not able to use just 1 voucher. We survived, the kids enjoyed themselves in the pool, but don’t know if we’ll return.
