I had communicated with hoste about the temperature in the room, the thermostat was reading 80-90 degrees. I was advised to turn it off , supposedly by maintenance . I mentioned to hostee that it has been in the off position and or not shutting off. “ You should have had someone check it, when I mentioned it on Thursday and Friday. I personally would not have waited so long . 2 nights at 90 degrees in the home . Big liability.. Don't leave it like this .” Linda We had to sleep with the window’s cracked open. And it wasn’t enough . I want a credit for this stay in all honesty. We were there for a funeral and had to just deal with it. I have pictures and videos of us adding acs and fans at the property. Don’t get me wrong the property is beautiful!! But the issue was the heat . Respectfully Linda

100% booking here again

The property itself was STUNNING, a nice old Victorian-style home. Very clean. The only downside was the AC system, but if you are in Colorado, you know that's not ACTUALLY an issue, I just run hotter than normal. They had an AC unit in every room, though. We had a slight hiccup where the breaker switched, but the customer service was impeccable and answered right away. My husband was able to resolve it, but the customer service was on point the entire time. The hot tub was clean and nice. There was a home behind it that I was not aware of that was also being rented out, but that was no issue; the other renters were respectful and loved their property just as much.
