We loved our stay here. However, compared to other embassy’s this was a little on the lower rated side. The TVs in the rooms need updated, the water heater went out, and the bathrooms are very small compared to other Embassy’s.

I was a little iffy when reading the reviews. Decided to go ahead and book an give my own opinion. The place was really big and clean. The front desk clerk Ms.T( can't remember her full name.lol) was a sweetheart an the breakfast staff were so nice and did a good job an kept eating area clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely be back 😊

The worst hotel ever stayed in

Hotel rooms are poorly maintained. The room we stayed at thermostat was not working, it was 78F in the room. Toilet paper holder was barely holding on. The exhaust fan was making a lot of noise. Mattresses weren’t old and uncomfortable. Maintenance person didn’t show up until day 3. Finally moved to another room, mattress was even worse.

Our room was so cold the heat wouldn't work. At 11pm my husband asked for more blankets and they showed up with a fan.... then while my kids slept a maintenance person came and finally got it running but woke up both kids... normally we are happy staying here but this was incredibly inconvenient.

The only reason I did not put excellent across the board was because our shower was clogged and did not get fixed. Other than that, it was the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Everything was great EXCEPT the lighting in the main hotel area in the evening. It was absolutely HORRIBLE. You couldn't even see your food or what was on the "reception" table without literally bending down to get close. It was pathetic - it is one thing to go for ambiance, but this was ridiculous. I hope everyone complains about this until it's addressed especially with all the kids and families trying to get food and situated - trying to find whatever light they could - it literally looked like the hotel was "closed" once it got dark outside b/c it was almost as dark inside.
