The staff at this hotel are simply wonderful. Special shout out to Rhian and Cassandra for going above and beyond for my family and I. Our stay was very pleasant. The only downfall? Is if your older like my husband and I? The beds are not very comfortable. That was our one and only challenge.

Very nice hotel, and perfect location for what I needed. All staff that we interacted with were very, very nice. The alarm clock in our room did have an annoying noise that we could not get to turn off, but still a very nice experience

To pricy for a dirty hotel room ! I sheets are old bathroom fealty had to put a towel on shower floor! Trashcams are dirty! In sorry but I have stay in same hotel somewhere else and rooms at clean!

Room was very small, especially for a "king bed with suite". Bathroom was uncomfortably small and the tv was surprisingly small especially since the one tv in the room was supposed to be seen in the entire "suite". We ran out of toilet paper, soap dispensers were empty. The bed was comfortable at least!

Not too bad at all.

The view goes from meh to great depending on which side you're on. The front staff was always courteous everytime we walked past them. Quiet enough area even being next to busy streets and in a shopping center of all places. My only negative (and boy was it negative) was for the pillows in our room. They smelled absolutely horrid! So much so that I spent my own money for a disinfectant spray. Also, they were the flattest pillows I've ever felt in my life. Overall it was still a decent stay.
