Overall the property was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay but here are some suggestions for guests comfort. Bathroom towel racks. Bedroom tvs. Dresser and seating for downstairs bedroom. 2 of 3 ceiling fans didn’t work, may have needed batteries. Bathroom dispensers were not filled.

The property was really nice and cozy! We loved our stay and it felt very Colorado. Lots of nice amenities and plenty of space for two people. The only things we had difficulties with were opening the sliding bathroom door if it was closed fully, and that the shower flooded and did not drain properly.

The location is fabulous, and the property is very nice. We had some issues figuring out the ceiling fans as there were no instructions on how to operate them, and the remote controls for them did not work. The main level double shower's drain did not flow well at all, resulting in water overflowing into the main bathroom sink area. Also, the bathroom didn't have any towels bars or hooks for us to hang our bathroom bags. We washed some clothes in the very nice washer & dryer, but kept getting an error message on the dryer which was not drying our clothes. We checked the lint trap, and found a huge amount of lint caked in the trap (it clearly had not been checked by whoever is cleaning the place for a good while). After we removed the lint, it worked great. I attempted to contact the owner about the ceiling fan issue, and she responded a day later to my query, saying they were on vacation. Overall, it was a nice place, but the execution of upkeep was wanting.

Pros: The living area was very comfortable and the bed too! The decor was beautiful with unique pieces of quality art. The heated bathroom shower floors were a plus. Host was very responsive to requests/ questions.Cons: The fixtures( overhead fans, bathroom lighting fixtures) were extremely dust. The flooring had some clumps of dust and hair in spots. Could have ceramic cereal bowls for microwaving items instead of plastic.

Great neighborhood. Nice layout and loved the fireplace. The king bed mattress was excellent!Overall it was a good place to stay. On the downside the place could use more attention as the water filter in the frig needed to be replaced as the water only trickled out. There was only one washcloth and no place to hang wet towels. The bathroom barn style door also took a lot of muscle to open and close. In the main bedroom another nightstand would be very helpful as there was only one.

Great place

The home worked out great and nicely decorated. We had 2 couples and the separate levels with our own bathrooms was the perfect layout. The only thing to note for renters is bring a higher clearance vehicle or plan on parking on the street. We had a mustang and Tesla Y. Both would scrap when pulling in and out of the driveway.

An Ideal Getaway

This place is knock out gorgeous, perfect for two couples or a party of three or four. Located in a beautiful neighborhood and super close to parks and activities (the zoo, The Garden of the Gods…), it offers an ideal get away. The home is decorated to perfection, the deck is lovely, and the backyard is an oasis. We loved our time here. Would highly recommend.

It was a nice property. It needed to be cleaned prior to us coming. The toilets were a mess and the floors were not swepped. We had to take time and our own expense to clean the toilets prior to staying. It was a quiet neighborhood.
