Very nice house with working AC with great location. Very clear instructions in a binder upon arrival lots of space in the kitchen and both bathrooms very clean. The neighborhood was. There is a Walmart within 5 minutes and a bar restaurant within walking distance . Would have earned 5 stars but the kitchen was missing several essential items. We are a family of five and prepared many meals in the house and a lot of the cookware and utensils were missing. I think it is a newer listing and in no time it will be the perfect setup for families. There were no cutting knives in the kitchen and I reached out to Ariel and within an hour she had brought over a knife. I would definitely stay at this house again if I'm in the area. The host is very quick to respond to any question or request.
