Congratulations! You have found a secret oasis in a city of half million people.This is a spectacular property in the center of the city with impressive views and total privacy, dog friendly and centrally located less than 15 minutes to any outlying part of town. This is not just a house, it’s a lifestyle, one of a kind and truly a special place!
The space
This level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths featuring a living and dining area, an impressive wood burning brick fireplace, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and full-size range, microwave, and stackable washer/dryer. Since the property is on the side of a cliff, the lower level is above ground and features views from every window and a fabulous deck for barbecues with a gas fire pit and a hot tub for relaxing. The driveway is designated for your private parking. There is room for 2 cars.

The property has its own private entrance, no internal shared spaces or external shared spaces (Hot tub, bbq area and the patio) . Further down the slope you will find many hidden treasures. There are more rock formations including a giant rock with a huge tree growing in the middle of it. There is a ledge where you can place a bench to sit back with a cocktail and enjoy nature. You can take nature walks to look for antlers, rocks, or driftwood.

Whole Lower Level of the house, patio and backyard.

Other things to note:
The owner maintains occupancy at the upper level of the house which has a separate entrance. You may encounter the owner when you are coming and going, however, the owner will NEVER be in your rental area. Rental area also includes BBQ/picnic area, patio and hot tub.

What a lovely property!Spacious floor plan. Great rooms. Clean. And the hosts were communicative, polite, and didn't see them. Despite them living upstairs.They have a hot tub, fire pit, wood burning fire place, little hiking trail, nice lights all outside for you to enjoy. It's hard to talk about any negatives here but just have a few bit picky things. We enjoy going to sleep with the TV on and in the bedrooms they didn't have a TV. I know super nit picky but one small creature comfort I wish I had. The bathroom could use some shelves, the countertop got a bit cramped with all of our stuff. A big guard for the bedroom window would be stellar so we could open the window and enjoy the mountain air, especially when it's a little warm inside. The one last thing I wish I had, and I didn't ask for this so it could very well be my fault, the fan cycled on and off at night. Had to break out the sound machine. Again these are very small things to complain about, overall I would stay here again easily. Thank you for sharing your property with us. Shame we couldnt meet pepper.

We had a great time at Brenda & Jonas’ house! Beautiful, clean house with many added amenities! We loved the hot tub and the scenery also. We would stay here again if we have the chance to return to Colorado Springs.

THE BEST place I've ever stayed!!!

We recently visited this property on our annual girls trip, and when I tell you that this is the BEST property I have ever stayed at...I seriously mean it! Every single thing you could imagine was thought of and provided by the owners! We even met them briefly and their sweet pup, Pepper, and they were so kind. The beds were comfy, the home was spotless, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. And you wanna talk about views! Holy moly! I could go on and on about this property, but the bottom line is you won't regret your stay here. It's absolutely perfect!

Colorado Springs Vacation

Absolutely loved our stay! The views of Pikes Peak are amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor space so much. Saw turkeys and mule deer by the house and enjoyed the sounds of the coyotes howling while enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The view of Pike's Peak while sitting in the hot tub was amazing! We especially were very impressed with how everything was provided for you by the hosts! From the kitchen to the bathroom everything you needed was provided and labeled for easy convenience! We needed a 9x13 cake pan and let the hosts know ahead of time and a brand new one was waiting for us upon arrival! We really appreciated the snacks and bottle of wine that the hosts surprised us with! I would recommend this property to anyone!! We also were lucky enough to witness a deer and a fox right below the deck! The only thing we could suggest is we could not find any measuring cups or just missed them somehow, also you may want to consider putting some rubber slip strips on the two steps getting into the hot tub. The wood can be slippery when wet! Overall we loved our stay there and should we get back to Colorado again we would certainly book again without a doubt!!Thank you so much hosts!!

Amazing place

The views are stunning, the outdoor space is wonderful (very clean hot tub), and this place is a truly all inclusive rental--extra towels, blankets, snacks, hot tub towels, charcoal for the grill, spices in the kitchen...I could not think of something I wanted that they didn't have. All very clean. Great communication from hosts. Our kids loved it, the adults loved it...book it!

The home was STUNNING!!! the views were great, and the hosts are so thoughtful. I loved that everything is labled to make things easier on us. The location is also fantastic and close to many places to adventure to. The expectations were exceeded. The only thing to consider is you will NEED a 4wd if you're visiting during snowy/icy conditions.

We will be back!...

We just stayed at Majestic Manor with a group of 7! (2 of which were minors)...anyone who has done that before knows how difficult it can be to find a place to meet everyone's expectations...We had ZERO complaints on this VRBO! The view was insane! We all loved waking up to those gorgeous Rockies! And in the evening, that hot tub was the perfect way to end the day! Instead we all raved constantly about how perfect this place was and how the hosts had thought of everything! Jonas was kind enough to scrape snow from the driveway and back deck for us and offered tons of local recommendations! He and Brenda are a very hospitable couple!We hated to leave but cannot wait to come back! Thank you Brenda and Jonas

Picturesque opportunities

Our stay was great! I had a beautiful scenic view from the deck while doing my college homework and from the hot tub. We even climbed on a couple of rocks and took some christmas pictures. Jonas and Brenda were very informative and polite. Jonas gave ua a huking apot called Pulpit rock....worth the ahirt hike!
