- This cozy Cascade mountain cabin offers 1,696 sq ft of comfortable living space surrounded by mature pines and mountain scenery. With two living rooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, there's plenty of room to spread out and relax.

- The upper level features the main living room with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make gathering for meals easy after a day of exploring.
Also on the upper level:
• Primary bedroom with a king bed
• Second bedroom with a queen bed
• Full bathroom

- The walk-out basement serves as a second living and entertainment space. Guests can relax on the leather couches, enjoy the reading nook and electric fireplace, or gather around the game table for puzzles and board games.
The lower level includes:
• Third bedroom with a queen bed and full bed
• Full bathroom
• Laundry area
• Sleeper sofa in the living room

- For added fun, enjoy a foosball table, dart board, books, puzzles, and board games—perfect for family game nights and cozy mountain evenings.

- While the home does not have central AC, Cascade's mountain climate remains comfortable throughout much of the year, and portable fans are provided.

- The outdoor living areas are designed for slowing down and enjoying the mountain setting. Surrounded by towering pines, you'll have multiple places to gather, relax, and take in the fresh Colorado air.

- Start your morning with coffee on the deck as the trees come to life around you. After a day of hiking, biking, or exploring nearby attractions, fire up the propane grill and enjoy dinner outdoors at the dining table. As the sun goes down, settle into the comfortable seating area and unwind around the propane fire pit beneath the glow of string lights.

• Dog friendly (sorry, no cats allowed) $75 pet fee per pet (up to two pets allowed)
• Driveway parking for 1 vehicle + garage parking available (Driveway is steep)
• 3 exterior security cameras on the property for safety
• No central air conditioning

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
