I give this place an easy 9 out of 10. I would describe My Place Hotel as new, fresh, clean, and professional with conveniently close parking. Do not let the inexpensive price deter you! You get so much more than you will pay for. I was impressed! Since the rooms were of quality, I chose to stay for all 3 of my trips to Colorado for personal business in Feb & March '25 for approx. 3 nights each. The ONLY downside: The Colorado dry air caused static electricity during my stays. I brought a humidifier with me on my 3rd stay and ran it the entire time I was in the room. It really did not make enough difference. If it weren't for the static electricity, I would give this a 10 out of 10 and quite deserving too. (Humidifiers are a must.) I still recommend staying there. (I have stayed at hotels within the mid-west for over 3 times the price and I would not give any of them a ranking over 8 out of 10.)

Amazing Hotel

Was always a perfect place to stay. Even at a cheaper budget the hotel is one of the best I have stayed at. I had stayed over 30 nights there and never had a single issue. Great staff and very clean hotel with a nice home feel. Never was loud or had any outside issues. Will always recommend people to stay here. I always had. Great experience when I stayed here.
