Place is a little runned down but nice. There is no pool or hot tub anywhere close.

Great location and nice property!

Family members flew in from multiple locations for a family reunion in Colorado Springs. This location was perfect! Lots to do close by. About 30 minutes to Pikes Peak Railway, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Flying W Ranch, downtown Colorado Springs and more, and a little over an hour to Royal Gorge. The town of Woodland Park is beautiful with grocery stores and restaurants within minutes. The property is spacious and accommodated our group of 10 adults and 2 children nicely, and was stocked with essentials. We had everything we needed! Check in and out was simple and property owner was gracious and responsive. We had no issues! The sun hits the deck in the morning, perfect for relaxing outside with coffee while watching the deer graze close by. The view of Pikes Peaks and the surrounding mountains was beautiful! If you have a larger group who loves to explore the beauty Colorado has to offer, this is the place!

Memorial weekend vacation

This property was gorgeous and easily accessible. Large enough for our big group of 13. There were extra beds still for 2 more. Great location to major hwy, shopping and dining. Robert was an awesome host. He made sure are stay was great. We did a lot of riding in the near by trails in divide and rainbow falls. It was nice to have plenty of showers for everyone. And 2 set of washer and dryers to get laundry clean from the day. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
