Launched in July 2024, this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse is located on the ground level of a lovingly restored historic home built in 1900. Offering 850 sq. ft. of stylish, comfortable living space, it’s the perfect retreat situated in a very private cul-de-sac between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs.

Wake up to stunning views of Pikes Peak, towering 8,000’ over Colorado Springs, and sip your morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the scenery from your private patio. Don't be alarmed by the herd of ever-present deer foraging for food just feet from you.

A Thoughtful & Well-Maintained Space

The guesthouse is completely private, with its own entrance and outdoor space, separate from the upper home where the owner resides (though he frequently travels to the West Coast).

Our home is professionally cleaned and staged, with linens and towels laundered to the highest standard.

To ensure a safe and smooth experience for all guests, we partner with Superhog for guest ID verification and damage protection. Prior to arrival, you’ll complete a quick verification process and authorize a refundable damage deposit. A small service fee applies.

This guesthouse offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. This guesthouse also features concierge services and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
