The size and location was great. Two areas could use improvements. 1 the bar stools seat covering is peeling off so we put towels on them as the covering was literally falling off. 2 There is one kitchen cabinet door that has literally fallen off. 3 The flatware needs some improvements there were 4 metal forks the rest were plastic which worked but weren’t optimal. 5 the deck was awesome but the yard was overgrown and was basically like straw so the kids couldn’t go off the deck.

Nice home - plenty of space

This was a nice place to stay for our visit to Colorado Springs. There is plenty of space for 6-8 people and the location has easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and the main highway to Denver. Some small/minor repairs needed to really make this place a great value.
