The house was beautiful. Very clean and well taken care of. Only bad thing is the driveway. We had a large SUV and we were not comfortable parking in the driveway. There was room along the road right in front of the driveway though. Kids loved the house. Still talk about it a year later!

It's a great house for a family stay. It's in a great location for easy access to a lot of the area's attractions. The house itself was as advertised and the owners were super responsive and very easy to work with.

We had a great stay cozy little location with beautiful views and great location to old Colorado city and Garden of the Gods and other attractions in Colorado SpringsEverything with the owners was very smooth and easy and great communication would stay there again

Cute house in a great location

This house was in a great location - very close to all of the popular Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs attractions. The communication with management was great, kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, loved the private hot tub and all of the games provided. 2 of the bedrooms were nicely appointed, the 3rd one with the trundle is very small and bare bones. It would be good as a kid room. I loved that we could walk down to Red Rock open space to hike! Air conditioner worked well in July, but the thermostat was a little challenging to figure out. I loved this house - would definitely recommend and would stay here again (:
