Getting Around

The property is accessed via a steep and winding mountain driveway. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended, especially during the winter months, to ensure you can safely reach this private mountain peak.



Other Things to Note

Wildlife: You are in the heart of nature! Please admire wildlife from a distance and never leave food or trash outside. Pet Fee is $150 per pet (preferably dogs). Please ensure accurate pet counts at booking.



Hot Tub Path: The terrain between the house and the hot tub is a bit rocky; we recommend bringing sandals or flip-flops for the walk.



The master bedroom has a huge en suite with double sinks, a freestanding tub and a shower. There is a jack and jill bathroom in between the two king rooms and there is another half bathroom

The Neighborhood:

This home is truly secluded in the mountains. It sits atop a windy and slightly steep driveway so you can see the trees and mountains and no other neighbors. You cannot see the house from the street- look for the solar powered street numbers 1324 on the fence.

You are in the heart of nature! Please admire wildlife from a distance and never leave food or trash outside.



Getting Around:

You need 4WD or AWD to access the property in the winter. The home is up a slightly steep and winding driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that you are in the mountains of Colorado and you may see wildlife including but not limited to deer, elk, turkey, rabbits, bears, etc. Keep your distance and DO NOT feed the wildlife. Do not leave food or trash outside or in your car.

The hot tub is a little ways away from the house- please bring flip flops or sandals to walk to the hot tub.
