Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire garden level suite. To ensure guest privacy, stairs to the main house are locked off from the guest side with a hotel style lock. The patio and backyard area are mostly private, but guests may occasionally see a groundskeeper or neighbor.



The Neighborhood:

Broadmoor Bluffs is conveniently located near I-25, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Seven Falls, Fort Carson, and many other attractions. The neighborhood is mature and quiet, and frequented by deer and other wildlife including bears. Please do not leave food outside.



Getting Around:

Guests will want to drive or rent a car.



Other Things to Note:

+ Sleep in peace on our super soft linens which were laundered in a professional facility to ensure the highest possible amount of viruses and bacteria are utterly destroyed.



+ We reserve the right to collect ID directly from our guests before allowing access to the property. This is in addition to identification you may be asked to provide to the booking platform.



+ No smoking anywhere on the property, including outside.



+ The suite does not have a dedicated thermostat but we're happy to accommodate changes upon request. The suite stays very cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Your comfort is important to us!



Interaction with Guests:

We love helping guests make the most of their time in our beautiful area and live very close by. However, we give our guests space unless they ask for help or want to say ‘hi’ in person. Our team will be available throughout your stay and is always happy to provide advice on local restaurants, attractions, and adventures.

This is a gem tucked away in quiet mountain neighborhood. Outdoor area includes a hot tub and table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Comfortable living area including tv with streaming access. Bedrooms are large and bedding is so comfy. Remember there is no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave and various coffee makers to choose from. Plenty of grocery stores/restaurants close by. Additionally they had some gym equipment, a desk/chair and a piano! Hosts communicate well and are accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

My daughter and I stayed here during a vacation. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. We never heard anything if the residents were upstairs. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We relaxed after busy days in the hot tub and even saw several deer in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful backyard

This has been one of our favorite trips and the backyard was incredible. Most nights we had deer come within about 5-10 feet from us while we sat in the hot tub!

We loved this home away from home!

The hospitality with the property management was amazing, the area was spacious, the bed and the couch was so comfortable and warm, but our favorite touch was the hot tub being ready and welcoming for us to enjoy in the perfect weather! Short distance to Colorado and manitou springs. We loved every minute of this vacation!

Peaceful Stay

Neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. We saw deer wandering the yards in the area every night of our stay. The accomodations are clean and spacious. Bathroom and bedrooms are nicely separated so noise from early risers don't disturb those who sleep in. We enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful and Perfect

This spot is perfect for a quiet stay and has a peaceful view to enjoy. The rooms were just what we needed for our quick trip to Colorado Springs. There were nice touches like mints on the pillow and a fully stocked coffee station. Located close to downtown and 15 minutes from major attractions in the area. I would definitely stay here again if we travel to the Springs in the future!

AMAZING COUPLE GET AWAY

This was a lovely experience the owners were amazing and the view and place was to die for. Absolutely amazing as the place had all necessities needed and more. It was amazing to come back after a long day of exploring Colorado and getting in the hot tub and enjoying the view. Would def come back again ! Totally reccomend you book with this amazing place you won’t regret it :)
