Such a great stay! The home was clean and thoughly enjoyed the patio space with the mountain back drop. Kitchen was perfect and beds were comfortable. Location was great, in the middle of what feels like the heart of Monument. Few minutes from the lake, walking distance to restaurants and the location was very quiet. The neighbor seemed to inherit a few deer, it was soo cool to see them in the mornings.

The only thing for me was I wish there would have been hangers in the closet. There were 2 pants hangers but nothing to hang a dress or blouses. Otherwise it was great, thank you

Monument days

Lovely apartment with a great deck. 3 bathrooms 2 in each bedroom and a spare. Feels like new. Very well supplied throughout. Nice to have the washer and dryer and thank you for the soap packets. It took us twice around to find the place after dark but then it was obvious. A half block to downtown and cute shops and ice cream. Close to area sight seeing...Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak etc.

Great stay in Monument

Very central, lovely views from the balcony, flat was well stocked with the essentials. Good base for exploring the Monument and Palmer lake area. The owners were very attentive when the wind knocked the broadband out before we arrived and helped get it sorted quickly.

Great visit to Monument

We love staying in Monument and would stay here again. The property was clean and well appointed with comfy beds and furniture, K-Cups and laundry detergent. The unit is close to everything, with a great walkability factor! The layout does mean that you can easily hear everyone in any room of the unit, but if you don't mind that, it's fine. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely unit, clean and comfortable

Stayed there by myself and had no worries about my safety. Generally quiet neighborhood and neighbors. "Quiet hours" were respected. Plenty of items provided in unit for easy meal prep. Minor communication error but service recovery was obtained without any hesitation.

A November getaway

Convenient location to highway. Located in older neighborhood which felt safe and pretty quiet. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Overall, clean. Paying closer attention to detail would rate this to 5 stars not 4.

Great spot!

This property has a good layout with all spaces thoughtfully planned and utilized. Decor and furnishings are tasteful and all expected amenities are provided plus more. We loved the location in downtown Monument. We enjoyed excellent restaurants, a taproom, ice cream and a great wine bar all within a short walk of the condo.

Mountain home

We had a great time. The place was beautiful. I would live there in a heart beat. The hosts were great with all responses. My one concern is for people who have problems with steps. There are several steps you have to climb to get into place. Otherwise it would be a fantastic place to stay.in addition the views from the veranda are exactly as you see in the picture. Five stars

Perfect quick getaway

Great location and very clean! The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect is if the second bedroom had it's own air conditioning unit like the living room and master bedroom have. There were floor fans but it got pretty stuffy if you closed the bedroom door.
