Wonderful weekend in the Springs. Weather couldn’t have been more perfect for early March! The unit was as described and pictured. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable to a nearby restaurant with friendly neighbors. Hosts responsive and provided any information and assistance when needed.

Jordan and Kari were wonderful and attentive hosts. The guide was thorough without being too much information. The house has everything you need for a perfect weekend away. The location is great, walking distance go restaurants and coffee shops. Would love to stay again when I'm in town.

Jordan Kari were very accommodating. We ran into a snafu when we first checked in, and they were quick to respond with solutions and ways to make it right. Afterward, everything went off without a hitch. We loved the space - very open, with great kitchen equipment and all TV streamers provided. Washer and dryer are always great, so you don't have a ton of laundry to do when you get home. We were busy and didn't have a chance to use many of the amenities, but the yard was spacious and featured a fire pit and grill. There was also a hot tub. We will definitely have to try it next time we stay! Our favorite thing about this place, though, was the view and of course, the location -- you're so close to everything great about the westside of Colorado Springs (which is our favorite area!)

Five Stars! We loved staying at this rental! We were in Colorado Springs for my daughter's wedding and this was the perfect place to stay for it. So close to their home, and the US Olympic Museum where the wedding was held. The rental is equipped with everything you want, and the bee motif is super cute. Plenty of room, modern amenities, and the Italian restaurant a half block away is fantastic. WorldOfWanders.com

Jordan and Kari's space was prefect! It had everything my husband and I needed and was close to both downtown Colorado springs and old Colorado city. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking. It was clean and well maintained! Communication was great. Thank you again!

The space was clean and put together well. The listing was not accurate on how the property was set up. This is an alleyway parking/staying situation as the space is above a garage in the backyard. The hot tub is not private, as it is up fairly close to the owners home. The bed in the bedroom is ROCK hard, so if that is not for you, it will not be a comfortable nights sleep.

It was a perfect place to stay within downtown Colorado Springs! The homes in the area are beautiful and from a time before cookie cutter construction became a thing. We were also within short driving distance to anything we needed/wanted to do. The neighborhood was also very quiet too. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had and their instructions on check-in/out were clear. We stayed in the upstairs apartment above the garage which has everything you need to feel at home. From the kitchen being fully appointed, plenty of towels/washcloths in the perfect sized bathroom, to the comfortable memory foam mattresses on both the king size bed and pullout sofa. We never felt cramped and the stacked full size washer/dryer was a plus since we washed a couple loads before heading home. There’s nothing better than getting home with a smaller to-do list after a 12 hour road trip. We booked this as a last minute getaway and were not disappointed at all. Don’t look past this property!

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

Place was perfect for 4 people. Great attention to detail. Clean. They were even super cool when I forgot my personal items and helped get my stuff back to me.Hot tub is legit. Space is legit. Everything you’d need is there.Excellent pizza and gelato place just a short walk away. Neighborhood is super safe and just has excellent character.Also notable, the WiFi might be some of the fastest I’d ever measured on my phone.

Confusing

The checkin process was confusing and the listing was not as accurate that this required stairs to access the apartment. And the Hot tub was not as private as depicited either. But the stay was still good and a great location and pictured interior was exactly the same and very comfortable.

Quaint VRBO

We instantly felt at home, safe and welcome at The Hive! All amenities were listed accurately. We enjoyed being able to cook on site, have access to a grill and have easy accessibility to all the things Colorado Springs had to offer. We highly recommend this property!
