Enter home and you are greeted by a recently updated, open concept main level featuring a cozy living room with plenty of seating, large dining room, and beautiful, stocked kitchen featuring new butcher-block counter tops. Walk out of the sliding glass doors to the patio area where you can enjoy the Colorado sunshine. The patio offers a wood-burning firepit with seating and a large dining table for al-fresco family dinners.

Climb the staircase the by the kitchen to the top floor where you will find 3 bedrooms including a primary suite with attached bathroom. Head back downstairs past the kitchen to the 4th "bedroom" with a full over full bunk bed. This bedroom does not have doors but has plenty of room!

Continue down to the basement and game room where you and the family can compete and play your favorite games! The basement includes a pool/ping pong convertible table, basketball arcade game, and darts.
