The open floor plan creates an easy flow into the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to prepare meals—pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cooking basics, and even mountain views to inspire your inner chef.

Step out onto the large deck, where you’ll find seating to soak up the sunshine or stargaze at night. Just off the porch sits a private hot tub—a guest favorite! Kindly note that neighbors may be visible from the hot tub area, so we ask that you enjoy it with care and respect for the surrounding homes.

We do NOT accept check-in or check-out on holidays.
Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high. The gas firepit out back is available when there is no fire ban. If there is a fire ban, the firepit will be removed. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity.
Pets
This is a dog-friendly listing for dogs who qualify. Please message us before booking for our pet policy to see if your dogs qualify. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners’ extra time to keep the space fresh for future guests.
The roads require AWD or 4WD for November through April (however it can snow in October and in May!). The roads are plowed after 6 inches of snow. You do not need a 4WD or AWD in the summer but be aware that the dirt roads in the neighborhood are bumpy!
