Brand new house built from the ground up October 2018. The Hot tub sits on the back patio where you will have complete privacy.

Fort Carson Army base along with the COS airport is right around the corner! The neighborhood is gorgeous but it's also very quiet and secure. Be prepared to relax & enjoy the rocky Mountain View's from the back patio. Lastly we're close to other military bases.
The space
Wando Best a kept Secret is a huge 6 bed 3 1/2 bath house located in a great neighborhood. The first thing you will notice as you walk up to the home is the charming covered front porch. There's a theatre room as soon as you walk in to your right.

The great open floor plan leads you into the bright and airy kitchen and dining area that boasts the same wood flooring, a large bay window and a walk-out to the patio and backyard., The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and plenty of cabinet and counter space - a room you and your family will absolutely enjoy!

The wood flooring continues throughout the hallway on the main level that leads to 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. There is also a laundry/mud room convenientiv located on the upstairs level!

The basement has a large recreational room that is perfect for a 2nd living area or a game area! There are 2 additional bedrooms on this level as well as another bathroom with a walk-in shower! Even nice and newer carpeting!!!

Enjoy outdoor entertaining with family and friends in the fully-fenced backyard with a large concrete patio! This home is beautifully landscaped and has something for everyone. It's perfect for groups as well as anyone looking for a nice getaway out in beautiful Colorado Springs.

Guests have full access to the entire house along with the mega game room located in the basement. The entire place is yours!
