It was my first time in Columbia, SC. The hotel was charming, and the location was spot on. The room was clean and comfortable, the only downside was that my room did not have a safe to store personal items. The staff was friendly. In particular, Kaitlyn was professional, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely return to this hotel without a doubt. Location was great because all the restaurants were within walking distance.
