Sheets and pillow case were stained. Looked like blood stain. My request for a different room was denied. I agreed to a change of sheets. When sheet was removed, I saw that mattress pad was filthy. Very disgusting

Pool and jacuzzi were not working. Property was in quite a state of disrepair. Wouldn't recommend a stay there until they do some improvements.

Nothing worked. The heat was on in the building while it was over 70 degrees outside. Then the air conditioner didn't work. Went to open the window that didn't lock and there was no screen on it. Sheets didn't fit the bed and were rather dirty. The metal springs that were under the mattress didn't fit the bed and it creaked all night. Many other issues were encountered during our stay.Ended up not staying a second night that was already paid for. So my advice, don't stay here.

Don’t stay here

This was truly the worst hotel experience imaginable. At check-in, the staff didn't even ask for ID. The pool was closed, and there was visible black mold around it. The entire hotel smelled strongly of smoke. Although they advertised a free continental breakfast, nothing was available in the morning. The rooms were filthy, with what looked like dried blood stains on the sheets, dirt in the shower, and missing fire detectors. The overall condition of the room was very poor. There were random people wandering the hallways in the middle of the night, which frightened my kids so much that we decided to leave and book a room at a different hotel.

We were just staying one night for an event. One of the selling points was that it has a pool. Unfortunately it was not open and the water was green. The hot tub was also not working. The free breakfast was horrible. Only waffles and white bread. Some apples that were well past their prime. No milk, cereal or yogurt that you would normally find on a continental breakfast. The room was okay an extra blanket would have been nice. But the metal bed frames were hilarious. Every time you moved they popped and groaned. And our room would not have passed a fire inspection the fire alarm was completely gone and the sprinklers had paint on it. We have stayed at this location before and it was much better. It looked like they might have been trying to do some upgrades. If they put that on their website it would be awesome.

The entire reason we stayed there is so my son could use the pool. The website doesn’t say the pool is out. Apparently it’s always not working. Plus my son’s game ended so we went at 2 to check in like the website told us we could. NOPE Got there and we were told that it is 3 and they didn’t care what the website said. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. No joke. The floor would have been better. Cleanliness was alright. Morning breakfast was what I expected. I’m an executive chef so I’ve done better in a place just similar to that hotel. Not a horrible place but if I ran the place I would do a better job with information

The hotel has smoking rooms which makes the whole hotel smell like cigarettes and the pool was not open when it said it would be! Our pillows looked dirty and the toilet just kept running
