The evening front desk staff were excellent. However, the day manager was not. I was the only guest checking out but she told me she was " busy with paperwork " and would check me out later and send me an email with my final bill. Its now 12 hours later and no email or final bill. Parking is sketchy needing to go down an alleyway past garbage dumpsters which was problematic.

Excellent customer service. Staff for accomodating as I arrived early. They were able to find me a room. I was provided 2 vouchers for breakfasts for the next morning. The food was delicious. The room was clean and very spacious. Have stayed at this hotel before and will define back again.
