The room was really worn: old caulking, dirty carpet, rust. Also, I saw a few roaches and ants in the room. The breakfast was okay but they ran out of biscuits early in the service. Lastly, the breakfast attendant was arguing with his girlfriend on the phone while bringing food in and out of the breakfast area.

The luggage carts need to be serviced. I used 2 different ones. And both were hard to roll the one had a split tire. This would be a safety issue.,someone could get hurt if the tire failed or hurt trying to push a cart around that doesn’t work properly

Clean room, but the toilet kept clogging up the first night. Had to borrow a plunger and finally just had to leave it in the room. Other than that, the room was clean and staff were very friendly.

Adriana was absolutely wonderful and such a ray of sunshine along with being very helpful. LaToya was not i came down and asked for a couple of coffee pods and she acted like i was putting her out by requesting them.

Great hotel for anyone

Hotel was easy to find, right off I-26 in Columbia, SC. Renovated rooms, lobby and great gym. Breakfast was great, a variety of foods including hot and cold items and fruit. Personnel at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Area was adjecent to shopping and several restaurants. Highly recommendfor families, seniors and business travelers.
