Not the best experience

The AC in our room wasn't working. They were full so they gave us a fan. Then there was only cold water for showers in the morning (6:30 am). When the desk was told about the water, they said it was a common problem when they are full. This is a new hotel, and they should be able to accommodate people taking showers at 6:30 am whether they are full or not. That should've been anticipated when putting in the water heaters for the facility.

Room lights too bright

It was a beautiful property and the restaurant was quite good. The lighting in the room was horrible. The lamps were way too bright, and you could only turn them on or off. It was borderline unbearable. So we had them off, and used the light coming from the bathroom.

The room and public areas were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasteless and cold. Restaurant opened at 7am on Sunday as stated on door entrance...but large poster in hotel lobby states 6am. When fact was mentioned to staff they answered, "yes, it needs to be updated." We had paid for 2 breakfast meals expecting the 6am opening. As a result my husband had to miss his meal as he had to leave for an early meeting. Disappointing.
