Some Staff was nice and helpful but house keeping needs to be retrained on how to clean a room change bedding,vaccum,and make sure all garbage is removed meaning they need to actually do the cleaning and laundry

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ice machine was broken several times during my visit and needs to be repaired. The area of Columbia is older and does not appear to be the best of areas however the staff was friendly and easy to work with.

The lady that checked us in recognized us from the past years as we have returned the same time each year for tournaments. She was helpful, and glad to assist in a room issue, and polite and courteous to everyone that entered. She manned the front desk alone as it was busy with a holiday weekend and a tournament next door.
