From the check-in to the checkout it was awful!! Key to room NEVER worked, they had to let me in with master key every time! Staff was less than courteous and at time down right rude! They said last night the door was fixed….not even. Went to front desk to let them know she insisted door was fixed. Then acted like it was my fault it wasn’t. Just upsetting to feel like you’re putting them out after you have worked a grueling 16 hour day and you just want a shower and sleep so you can start over the next day!
