Welcome to The Chateau in the Village! This elegant, brand new 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, and 2 half bath home sleeps up to 9 people and includes a gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, garage parking for 2 cars, basement lounge, and Helix mattresses throughout. Walk to Schiller Park, grab a famous Thurman burger, and dine at delicious nearby spots. Just minutes from highly rated restaurants, shops, the Short North, and downtown.

The Space:
The Chateau is just a short stroll to Schiller Park in German Village and nearby local eateries. Enjoy a good night's sleep on our Helix mattresses and then grab a breakfast pastry at Fox in the Snow Cafe or Pistacia Vera while planning your perfect night out. Parking is provided in the attached garage for 2 vehicles.


This brand new construction home is designed for a soothing and sleek Columbus stay. Bring family, friends, or colleagues together to connect, relax, dine, watch the Buckeyes, and explore the many nearby eateries. The first (ground) level includes the garage entry, and a King bedroom with an adjoining full bath, walk-in closet, and TV. The second and main level boasts natural light, an artisan Kitchen with a large island, dining area, living room, and powder room. Treat yourself to coffee on the outside second floor patio overlooking the rooftops. Our third story includes 2 bedrooms (1 King bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 Queens), both appointed with ensuite full bathrooms, walk-in closets, and TVs. The 3rd floor also has laundry available.

We also provide a high quality air mattress and bedding which can be set-up for larger groups. The basement lounge features a bar, additional powder room, and classics such as checkers, Jenga, and chess.

German Village is known as one of the best neighborhoods to visit in Columbus. Full of old charm mixed with vibrant scene hip new spots. Nearby famous eateries include The Thurman Cafe (check out The Thurmanator Burger as seen on Man vs. Food) and Schmidt’s Sausage Haus. Great local options for private and upscale dining abound at Bistrolino, Lindey’s, Barcelona, and more. Also don't miss some of our favorites South Village Grille, and Fox in the Snow Cafe. Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to the entire property, including parking in the 2-car garage. In-unit laundry machines and supplies for our guests are provided on the first level.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
