Staff was friendly, breakfast food quality was really good. Our room was more dirty than I was expecting, random hairs in the shower, a dirty corner in the bathroom, tooth paste all over the legs of the sink area, the outside of the microwave was greasy, frozen alcohol bottles left in the freezer. Some noticeable stains on the walls, debris on the couch. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The price was a bargain and the location was convenient for what we needed. Parking lot was safe and well lit. The shampoo and conditioner was off brand and I wish I would have brought my own conditioner but that’s on me not the hotel.

The entire experience was unfortunate. I am uncertain if the front desk person followed me out to my car and watch me unload to be creepy or because it was unsafe. The room was filthy, the fridge had not been cleaned in a year, and the bathroom smelled like someone smeared poop all over. If I had not driven 10 hours that day and given the late hour I would have checked right out. Unacceptable, period. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

I panicked when I was called on the phone and was told my reservation was cancelled and she was confirming the cancellation. I did not cancel. I had just arrived at the airport. My room was spacious but lacked enough trash cans and was out of tissues.

The bathroom floor was dirty- dirty tissues on bottom on shelves, . The toliet was not clean- the sheets were stained. There was mud all over the lobby floor and in the elevator. I won’t stay here again. I come to Columbus to visit family every two months from South Carolina
