An overnight visit

We appreciated the breakfast buffet. We were glad for the late hours available for the swimming pool since we arrived late. Staff was excellent. We look forward to returning in the future.

Balcony view was beautiful, we didnt get up in time for breakfast. Everything was wonderful only thing that wasnegative was the 2 mornings we were awaken from the fire alarm.. and on our down time my son had trouble connecting his xbox to the wifi the girl at the front desk gave me a number to call but the wqit was to long but i had him conn3ct to my hot spot and we were good.. but the fire alarm was extremely unexpected both mo4nings i could totally do with out that idk how often that happens from the kitchen but it makes it hard to want to stay again i almost fell off the bed trying to understand what was happening lol but i wouldnt say ill never be back i just wish there was a better solution or warning whike checking in

First thing after getting off the elevator onto our floor, it smelled awful. There was a heavy presence of cigarette smoke. Once into the room, the smoke smell continued. It did improve over the stay. The room was clean and staff was very friendly throughout the stay.

When we first arrived we like the hotel. However when we came back after a long night we discovered the mattress was extremely stiff and the frame definitely needs replaced. The lights randomly stopped working in the entire room after our first night even though the rest of the room seemed to have power. Balcony isn’t worth the extra few bucks the only view is a Walgreens

Great Hotel

The hotel was staff was amazing, they were always friendly and pleasant, and Haley asked where we were eating dinner and gave us discount coupons. The hotel was clean and quiet and they had complimentary coffee, lemon water, juice, cookies and popcorn in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again when we go back to the Columbus Zoo.

I always have a great stay here. My only complaint from this last stay is the room was very musty. Everything kinda smelled musty. Definitely doesn’t retire me from staying in the future!

This is a very nice facility, very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Really nice breakfast and coffee, water available always, cookies and popcorn offered in the evening. Our only recommendation would be to add grab bars in the tub area. It was a little scary for an older person without any mobility problems.
