The toilet had black stuff on the inside of it from not being cleaned properly. The bathroom door was very hard to push open because of rubbing against the floor. We asked for towels after swiming and they refused to give us the proper amount we needed. They also did not keep towels in rhe pool room after they assured us " there will be fresh towels in the morning" and wouldnt give us any when we asked for them.

We checked in at like 2 am so I understand but after driving all night it was kind of annoying that the front desk person had a sign that he would be back in 5-10 mins. I came in, used the bathroom, then parked and he was still gone quite a bit. He did seem busy though so I did feel bad but other than that he was super nice and helpful

Room keys never worked. Greasy fingerprints on the headboard. Room not cleaned. I personally put wet towels and sacked garbage in the hall and it was there for 20 hours. Went to the desk and waited 20 minutes for desk clerk to get clean towels. Saw a housekeeper trying to clean a room holding a sleeping toddler😳.

Is ok for a few days

Rooms are a good size and they clean every day (that's a surprise) pool area needs updating and maintenance I slice my toe on broken tile, hot breakfast included but the saddest eggs and pale potatoes way under cooked you'll ever see, the hotel is in a industrial area so nothing to do unless you drive away about 15min to nicer area.

House of horrors

This hotel was very disappointing - there was direct on the floor that missed being swept up and the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling was only short of the horror tbh was the bed. The pillows are lumps to pull apart the cases are too big and bunch- bring your own pillows and blankets! The bed every time you moved a spring would jump and poke and cause loud metal noises. Horrible can and will not recommend. Breakfast each day was the usual carb toast buffet but the eggs would round microwaved patties and the sausage patties mystery meat discs. Run.

Nice hosts and decent breakfast. Property was a little run down and not super clean but not gross. Road noise from the highway kind of loud but rooms seem pretty quiet. I would stay again.

So-so

It was so so. Our room door wouldnt stay shut unless we locked it or slammed it shut a few times. Same with the bathroom. Fridge didnt work, and the breakfast was eh. Beds and room were nice, though.
