Couldn't understand front desk person. Different language. Room didn't get cleaned until after 430. Carpet at main end of hallway constantly shaken wet. No wet floor signs or anything to let you know. Went from wet carpet to tile. Makes it very slippery and unsafe

The room was dirty with blood on the sheets and comforter. Asked for new bedding and received new sheets all balled up. Would not stay there again

For the price I expected slightly better. The room itself was a nice size and that met my expectations but I’m glad it was merely a room to sleep the night of events off. The carpet was unsettling wet and there was no comment from the staff to as to why. The breakfast was a free breakfast but not one I wanted to chance considering my first bite of a warm food item was cold. It was a stay but not one I would do again.

The staff were extremely friendly. Although not in a great area for wandering around outside, the location was perfect for getting back and forth to the Ohio State campus. Room cleanliness was so-so. (the mattress in the fold-out couch had a few mystery stains). The fan in the heating unit in my room wouldn't turn off, so the room was a little cooler than I would have liked. The Breakfast buffet was excellent. Full breakfast options were a super convenient alternative than finding a restaurant.

The staff here were lovely - their facility was not. Peeling wallpaper, badly spackled over moldy ceiling in bathroom, tired, dirty interior. Curious location, lots of road noise. Booked for two nights, left after one.
