I stayed at DT hotel to attend my sons turning green ceremonies at Ft Benning. The breakfast host was phenomenal she was very hospitable and attentive to guests. My room had a few roaches though which was disappointing. Overall stay I would stay again.

This hotel needs an update. The staff here does the best they can to make things right but the hotel it self needs an overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If it weren’t for the staff, the cookies and the beds… I’d say shut it down.

I want to give this a 5, room clean, bed very comfortable, ac very cold. However the parking, so many commercial/work truck parked in 6 spots each, people parked in 2 spots because they are so special. They need more parking

Checked in on a Thursday and checked out on a Monday. Not one time did we get house keeping. It took 3 different front desk people just to get fresh towels on Sunday evening. House keeping staff hiding behind carts on their phones right by the elevator. Tried to get a manager none on site requested one to call me never did. Failed like their service.

Cleaning staff is LAZY

Dirty towels, the floor hadn’t been swept in several days, the beds look like my 4yr old made it. No point of complaining to night shift clerk at front desk. All she said was “oh okay”

Nice HOTEL with a lazy cleaning staff

The front desk associates upon checkin was very pleasant. This hotel has potential A LOT OF POTENTIAL. The hotel is very nice but the cleaning staff does a terrible job at cleaning. The bed was made incorrectly as I was checking out another customer had the exact complaints. There is no point of complaining to the night desk clerk. Below dirty floor and dirty towels upon arrival!

Room had not been cleaned when we arrived - unmade bed, towels on the bed and on the floor. Staff was nice and comped us free breakfast and assigned us another room. This room had seen cleaning service but wasn’t cleaned particularly well. Hair on the bathroom floor, shower, and sink. Would not recommend.

we checked in , the bathroom was out of shampoo the flush was running the whole time . The bathroom door was not closing.The floor was dirty. I complaint the front desk , but looks like nobody cared.
