River & Rich is in Franklinton — one of Columbus's most exciting neighborhoods. What was once an overlooked district has become a hub for artists, makers, breweries, and new restaurants, and it's still evolving fast.

Walk out the front door and you're on the Scioto Mile — a paved trail along the river that runs from Bicentennial Park through downtown. It's perfect for running, biking, or just a morning stroll with coffee.

Land Grant Brewing is steps away, with an enormous beer garden, Ray Ray's Hog Pit BBQ, and more. The Franklinton arts district — 400 West Rich, Strongwater, The Junto, Maudines, Brass Eye, One Line Coffee, Yellow Brick Pizza, and the Columbus Idea Foundry — are all right in the neighborhood.

Cross the Rich Street bridge on foot and you're in downtown Columbus in under 10 minutes. Nationwide Arena (Blue Jackets, concerts), the Convention Center, COSI, the Short North Arts District, and dozens of restaurants are all accessible without a car.

For everyday needs, grocery stores, pharmacies, and cafés are nearby. Huntington Bank, Nationwide, Cardinal Health, and Battelle are all a short commute — or even walkable depending on where you're headed.

Take the elevator up to the top floor and walk into a bright, open-concept apartment with oversized windows and a view you won't forget. The balcony looks out over the Columbus skyline — it's the kind of view that makes you pour a second glass of wine and stay outside a little longer.

The apartment was designer-decorated with modern furniture and finishes throughout. It feels polished but livable — not a sterile hotel room, not someone's cluttered spare apartment.

The kitchen has full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and a coffee station with a drip machine, Keurig, and French press. There's a bar seating for 3 and a small dining table for 2. A washer and dryer are in the unit.

The master bedroom has a king-size WinkBed mattress with Frette linens and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower — no tub to step over. The second bedroom has a queen WinkBed with the same luxury bedding and its own walk-in closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from both the living room and second bedroom. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

There's a dedicated desk with an ergonomic chair, a 50" smart TV with streaming and DirecTV, and fast dedicated WiFi for remote work or streaming.

But honestly, the real appeal of this apartment is what's outside the door. You're in Franklinton — one of Columbus's most vibrant and artistic neighborhoods. Walk out the building and the Scioto Mile river trail is right there for running, biking, or a morning walk. Land Grant Brewing, One Line Coffee, Yellow Brick Pizza, and more are just steps away. Cross the Rich Street bridge and you're in downtown Columbus in under 10 minutes on foot.

It's super easy to get anywhere in the city from this apartment. There's a bike/walking trail onsite that goes through downtown, plus a scooter drop-off right outside our building! We have 24/7 availability of Uber/Lyft etc. Many attractions are within walking distance. Driving is easy and stress-free as well since parking is nearly always available on the side streets surrounding our building and there's a cheap brand new parking garage right behind our building (only $8/day for visitors - but free for you)

PET-FRIENDLY: Dogs and cats welcome up to 75 lbs combined total ($10/night pet fee). Just let us know when you book.

GARAGE PARKING: Your rate includes a spot in the building's parking garage. If you've ever hunted for parking at a downtown Columbus Airbnb, you know how valuable this is.
