Won’t be back.

Arrived in middle of the night. Had to keep calling hotel to let them know. When we get there and got the room key we were only given one. Then we get up to the door and key doesn’t work. Had to call to have him bring us another key. The next day we find out that they cancel all keys daily so we get locked out of our room every day. Mind you we are on top floor. Refrigerator keeps running water out onto the floor. Toilet makes loud noises and there were in fact COCKROACHES. Beds hard as a rock. Only had a sheet to cover up with. Gaps in the door. Paint only covers so much. Remote to tv was sticky.

Only need a place to sleep get off the road from driving so i only stayed for 5 hours. Arrived early 1am so $70 is a bit much. Key card didnt work but was fixed for the most part.Room smelled of smoke. Bathroom was dirty sheets had hair on them. Toilet was having flushing issues bathroom visibly ditry the glass and counter tops. No soap just small shampoo and conditioner bottles. Husband got a rash from using shampoo to wash his hands. The fridge was very clean and kept my water nice and cold. The staff was very nice and understanding. I left after my few hours of sleep. Noticed the pool was empty

Receptionist walked me to my room after calling a “colleague” to ask which room was “the best”. Asked several times if i had anyone with me or would be having visitors. I thought it was normal the first time, but the continued times were very unsettling. I tried to make the most of it but the bathroom had dirty wash clothes and mold. I felt like i was being watched so I left.

Dirty, cockroaches, poor physical condition of room, shower pole broken, stains all over sheets. Overall, just horrible and we travel a lot!! Would have left but we were driving for hours, arrived at 1am and no other hotels around, almost out off gas and stations closed!

Had issues from the start. First room we were put in had a leakong toilet. They moved us to an ok room. Then the 2nd night we stayed we got a second room added since our son was going to be staying after his Army basic graduation. His room had roaches and when i brought it up they supposedly had people in previously to take care of the situation. Then we were told we would get a refund for 1 night since we booked the second room 1 night to long... have yet to receive the refund....

The lady at the counter was very nice and cordial. I was on a motorcycle and she gave me a room where I could be close to the bike. The room was good, only flaw was the curtain rod in the shower, which was partially broken and wouldn’t close properly other than that it was a very good money value.

Lady at the desk was nice. But when I walked into the room it was nasty! Floors were nasty, dead bugs, mold in the tub, sink counter was horrible, towels were all stained, and bed sheets looked like they had mold spots

Stay away from this place!!!! Is not worth it at all. The photos that are shown on the website are FAKE. They make you believe is nice and clean but is not! Every reservation that you do and if you don’t stay they WOULD NOT refund it even though they said they will. They are a total scam.

Staff not present upon check in waited 5-10 minutes before someone came to the front desk. Room was filthy, painted over countertops looked trashy paint chipped, smeared and dried, some outlets were visibly fried, floor unswept, glad I only stayed two nights because I saw roaches when I was packing to check out which again no one bothered to show up to check me out. Do not recommend unless you want to smell weed every evening through the air conditioning.

Be aware

Booked hotel ahead of time. Arrived in town and was told by a store owner that it was not a safe place, that he wouldn’t have any family members stay there, and recommend I change hotels Saw a police officer and asked the same question, and was advised to not stay there as they get #MIN calls to that location. I went back to the hotel to cancel the reservation and they did not honor it because of the contract, even though they had the ability to. I did not stay the night. I booked for three nights.
