It was very loud and kids running up and down the hallway. They did not tell me about the extra 150 deposit you have to put down. The bar tenders were cussing up a storm. And very unprofessional. Room was super nice. Place smelled like weed. The breakfast was very good. And the prices on items they sell ice cream drinks etc are high as hell.

I’m very upset by my decision to stay at this hotel and I will not be staying at this or any Embassy Suites hotels in the future. This hotel is overpriced and rundown. I found one of the washcloths was soiled and looked like it had blood on it. The bathroom is too small. Also, I was stranded at the hotel due to an issue with my flight and not having a vehicle but I was told I couldn’t get an extension on my room to when I needed so that I could get picked up. I also asked for help with a ride from the hotel to a rental car place and was told I had to get a taxi instead of someone taking me to the rental car place. It is 5 minutes away. So, because of that, I was delayed even longer to leaving the hotel since I didn’t have a ride yet. Also, the phones in the room did not work so I was not able to call down to the front desk for help. I had to leave the room to get help. Also, almost every time I’ve been to an Embassy Suites, the place is super noisy.

Would stay again.

First room they gave us the bathroom was flooded, second room the bathtub drained really slow amd would fill up while showering. The pool was nice but little cold seems how its still connected to the outside portion and could have been cleaned a little better and made sure pool towels available. And being charged for parking each day was odd when they had a parking lot of there own.
