Recent 4 day Columbus trip

The indoor/outdoor is beautiful but also cloudy…the kids loved it nonetheless Breakfast is an awesome buffet style with Omelet bar. We picked the hotel specifically because they say they can accommodate gluten allergies. However the staff were oblivious to cooking gluten free. Offering to make the omelet where they made the pancakes and waffles so we didn’t trust that anything was gluten safe. The cook told us to go to vending machine…. Reception staff were so sweet and made us feel welcome as we came and went every day. Happy Hour, bar and main floor is really nice. Room is sub par, slight odor. We had the temp on 64 and it never came close to that. Stayed around 70-72 Overall 3/5 stars. Could’ve been so much better but not bad

Welcoming staff, nice selection for breakfast. Front desk person upon check out not professional with yoga type pants, sleeveless shirt, highly tatooed, tongue piecing. Dinner sub par (ordered no green peppers on Philly cheese steak and came loaded with green peppers and very greasy). King suite siting area needs updating (missing baseboard/tile floors felt dirty). Common area lampshades 4th floor ripped. Car windows smashed out of two vehicles our last night there. Front desk person said same thing happened to her and her manager recently.

I think the elevator room and hall smelt like marijuana. I thought the kitchen would of been open longer it was closed 5 minutes after we went down to eat. It isn't worth the price honestly almost 400 for one night it wasn't worth it to me. The pool was packed I understand being busy but we weren't able to utilize it by the time it closed out by the morning because of checkout being at 11. I've definitely been to cheaper hotels with cheaper pricing free breakfast and dinner and free drinks with dinner. I recommend people going to the Drury and it's beautiful that's where I went after
