The location was perfect to walk to various restaurants/bars. As well as the valet parking was convenient and did not have to wait long to get our car.

The room decor with its Ohio State University theme is fun, but, typical of small, urban hotels, the room was small, with little room to open our suitcases. The staff was pleasant and helpful. If we stay here again, I must consider upgrading to a larger room or suite. The location in the Short North is convenient and the room was quiet, despite all the activity on the street.

There was some sweeping under the beds that needed done byt other than that the room was clean and maid service was on top of things. When we needed ice we got ice. They told us about a party in the terrace that was going on that saturday if our stay. Everyone was super friendly.

Over all good.. the smell from Shake Shack was overwhelming at times.. It was Pride weekend so that was a surprise.. our hotel had security however always saw them inside talking to front desk. ( came back to hotel our second night to 3 younger gentleman setting on hotel steps rolling a joint.. outside people were in and out of hotel.. The establishment was nice it just did not seem as secure as some places.

We’ve stayed at this location before and keep coming back when visiting Columbus. The staff is also so friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the location!

The area was ok but lots of homeless around and definitely on something. The best thing about this hotel is there are lots of great restaurants close by. The rooms were clean for the most part but the hallways smelled and carpets needed cleaned. The rooms are very small but I think most downtown hotels are small. The staff wasn’t as nice as most… kind of a chip on their shoulders. If I came back to Columbus I’d try a different hotel.

Second time here - location is the main reason we stay but also have been happy each time. Rooms are small but it is in a downtown area so that’s expected. Great place to stay if you want this area.

We absolutely love this hotel and will be using it for future trips to the area. It was in a great spot to get to all of the shops and restaurants and it was a short walk to bars and restaurants and very convenient to the venue for our concert. The bar in the lobby is great too. They make potato chips that are to die for!
