We arrived after the allowed check in time, but was told the room wasn't quite ready and it would be 25 to 20 more minutes, we waited an hour and was told there was a housekeeping issue as we just sat in the lobby with our stuff and no attempts for any ammends or apologizes,

The room in general is just worn out it is not what I was expecting for the price that I paid. The walls were cracking at the joints and seams, the furniture was stained with who knows what and the bathroom shower area had visible signs of poor repairs to the finish, plus I was assigned to the top floor, and I could hear noises coming from the machines mounted on the roof top. I will not be staying at this location again unless there are major changes made.
