When we arrived, there was no longer a king size room available, so we received a room with 2 queens. We called earlier in the day to say we would be late. It took 1/2 hour to check in. Staff could not apply Hilton #. Next morning talked to manager - she could not print a receipt to tell us how much we were charged. She said she would call to follow up and give us 30,000 points - nothing. Not one thing happened as we expected. Very disappointing and will not stay at this property again.
